Before the Interview

ADHD-Friendly Prep Schedule:

  • 3+ days before: Research company, role, interviewers
  • 2 days before: Prepare stories using STAR method
  • 1 day before: Plan outfit, route, documents
  • Night before: Lay out everything, early bedtime
  • Morning of: Review notes, eat well, leave early
